Before you buy
What do I need to use it?
A free Google account for the planner and a free Canva account for the invitation and newspaper. The checklist is a PDF you can print at home.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get your download. It includes a Start Here page with a button for each file: the planner, the invitation, the newspaper and the checklist.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Everything is digital. You print the checklist, invitation and newspaper yourself or at a print shop.
Can I use the planner on my phone?
Yes, it opens in the Google Sheets app. Setting it up is easier on a computer, and the 30-page guide walks you through it.
Does it work in Excel?
The planner is built for Google Sheets. Use it there so the connected totals and checks work as designed.
What can I change in the newspaper?
Your photo, names, story, schedule and wording. The decorative elements and the word-search layout stay fixed.
Which paper sizes are included?
The checklist and newspaper come in US Letter and A4. The invitation is 5 × 7 inches.
